We stand behind our work and have a structured, fair refund policy based on project stage. We do not issue blanket refusals, and we take concerns seriously when raised promptly.
You qualify for a full refund if all of the following apply: you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment; we have not sent your onboarding email; and no discovery, research, or design work has been started.
Request via: billing@designsherman.com with subject "Cancellation Request" within 24 hours of payment.
Completion percentage is determined by our project tracking system and communicated transparently when reviewing a request.
Once a deliverable has been sent, no refund is issued for change of mind. However, if delivered work fails to meet the described scope, we will correct and redeliver, or issue a full refund in cases of clear non-delivery. Post-delivery remedy requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your deliverable.
Approved refunds return to your payment method via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days. Stripe processing fees are absorbed by us.
