All Design Sherman services are delivered digitally. No physical materials are produced or shipped. Deliverables are sent via email in formats appropriate to each service: Figma file links, ZIP archives, PDF documents, CMS login credentials, staging site URLs, or Google Drive folders. The specific format is confirmed in the onboarding email.
Timelines run from date of completed onboarding, not from payment date:
If we miss a confirmed delivery date, we notify you at least 1 business day in advance with a revised timeline. If delivery is more than 5 business days late without prior notice, contact us at hello@designsherman.com for a resolution.
All deliverables are sent from hello@designsherman.com. Check spam if you do not receive delivery. We retain all deliverables for 12 months and can resend at any time within that period at no charge.
